What is testosterone hormone
Testosterone is the primary androgenic hormone. Testosterone is responsible for testicular and prostate development, as well as the development of muscle tissue, bone density and strength. Testosterone is also highly anabolic.

250mg of testosterone per week will provide good results, however 500mg per week is the gold standard for optimal results.
The doses can range much higher and up to 1000mg or even 1500mg per week, however with these higher doses, there risk of negative side effects rises as well. Therefore, most are advised to never go beyond 500mg per week.
A common minimum length of testosterone use is 8 weeks, however 1 -16 weeks is far more optimal.
